The new Zebra ZE500 Printer
The family of Zebra ZE500 - ZE500-4 and ZE500-6 printers is an innovative printing unit concept for OEM applicators . Following extensive consultations with our customers, the design focuses on ease of use, integration and maintenance. Built with the customer in mind, the ZE500 printing unit is designed to allow critical printing + application applications to run without interruption. The sleek design of the ZE500 also simplifies maintenance and dramatically reduces downtime. The three rollers can be changed in a few minutes, without having to access the electronic part of the printer.
Accessibility
The print head of the Zebra ZE500 - ZE500-4 and ZE500-6 with wide opening simplifies cleaning and replacement, while the modular quick-change drive system reduces the printer's repair time. The extended RFID functions offer greater traceability performance for the improvement of operational efficiency. Routine operations such as changing the ribbon are simple (and identical for both print widths). The new graphic display can be disconnected and rotated, allowing a more flexible placement that improves ease of use and integration.
Experience
The user experience has been greatly improved: the design allows easy integration with the printing equipment + application, and also has better resistance to dust and water. Ports with expanded connectivity and improved port software control for the applicator provide greater integration flexibility.
