What is P8000Plus?

  • Improved Print Quality – Better text and barcode definition through the use of hammertips
    that are 19% smaller. Density is more consistent over the life of the ribbon as a result of the
    smaller hammertips pulling slightly less ink out of the ribbon w/ each strike.
  • Optional OpenPrint PDF/PostScript – Businesses can safely invest in new P8000 Plus printers
    knowing they can be upgraded at any point in the future to support PDF & PostScript printing.
  • Optional 802.1X and IPv6 Support – As businesses adopt 802.1X and/or IPv6, P8000 Plus
    printers can be upgraded to remain compatible and comply with the new IT environment.
  • Higher Visibility Blue LED – Improves attention light visibility within well lit surroundings
