Head cleaning

Printronix Auto ID’s line of thermal printer cleaning products is designed to support two crucial objectives: 
1. Ensure clean and consistent printing with optimal image clarity and density. 
2. Maximize the thermal printhead life and the printing mechanism

With a simple cleaning routine, you can be rewarded with optimal operating efficiencies, reduced service calls and maximum equipment lifespan. Adhesive, dust and environmental contaminants contribute to:

CLEANING CARDS   Designed to remove the most stubborn contaminants from the thermal printhead as well as the full diameter of the rollers.

CLEANING ADJUSTMENTS Effectively clean  the thermal print head, platen roller and other interior surfaces. A foam tip on a 5 “thinner makes it easy to use solution.

CLEANING  LABELS Effectively removes   dirt, ink and other environmental contaminants from thermal printheads

Cloths  cleaning cloths previously saturated designed to clean the inside of the printer and the thermal print head.
