Avision AD215 Series - The portable solution for batch scanning

With 11.8 inches long and weighing only 1400 grams, the Avision AD215 series incorporates an automatic document feeder (ADF) and a card scanner. With the innovative ADF design and the front tray, the AD215 series is easy to transport and allows you to take the productivity of batch scanning to any workplace.

Productive and flexible

The AD215 series is productive at a scan speed of up to 20 ppm and 40 ipm and can accommodate documents up to 14 ". To capture images of high quality cards, the AD215 series also includes a special front tray for handling identification cards. plastic, driver's licenses and even embossed cards up to 1.25 mm To use your workspace optimally, single-page documents or cards can be ejected on both sides of the feeder.

Easy to scan with the press of a button

With the newly developed Avision software application, Button Manager V2, the AD215 series scans both sides of a page directly to PDF, searchable PDF, JPEG or office applications such as Word or Excel  ^®  . The AD215 series automatically recognizes the size of each document, detects and straightens it, and displays the images in their correct orientation. In addition, the scanned image can be sent directly to its specific destination, including email, printer, image editing software application or even a cloud server such as Google Drive or Microsoft SharePoint.

Scan from mobile

With an optional Wi-Fi module, the AD215 series can be connected to your mobile device, allowing you to scan and receive the scanned image from your mobile.

What we have included 

The Avision AD215 series comes with TWAIN and ISIS drivers, and is included with a set of powerful software applications including Avision Button Manager V2, AVScan X and Nuance PaperPort SE 14. With Button Manager V2, you can create PDF searches, scan and send images to emails, printers or other destinations just by pressing the Scan button. AVScan X and PaperPort are a highly effective document management and image processing software that helps you optimize your task more efficiently.
