Nipson Digiflex
Nipson Digiflex
Innovation and flexibility in digital black and white
Small but productive, the Nipson DIGIFlex has everything you need for high-quality, cost-effective black and white data production printing. By combining the magnetographic technology, the fusion of xenon flash and the variable speed control, it offers you all the features of the Nipson Technology trademark that you expect, and more. The Nipson DIGIFlex sets new standards in terms of quality, flexibility and profitable productivity.
The Nipson DIGIFlex is flexible in more ways than one.
Our patented cold xenon flash fusion process fuses the toner without heating the substrate. As a result, DIGIFlex can handle a wide range of materials, including paper, labels, plastics, foils and other temperature sensitive materials, handling substrates as fragile as 30 gsm or as heavy as 300 gsm with the same ease.
Designed to provide flexibility, the Nipson DIGIFlex can be used in multiple configurations and different processes. Simplex, Single Engine Duplex or Twin Engine Duplex, and from coil to coil, from coil to cut, according to your need.
For print on demand, transactional printing, security applications, MICR documents, identification labels or complex barcodes, look no further: with Nipson DIGIFlex you have found the solution.
As the saying goes: never change a winning team ... unless you can improve it. This is the reason why we have taken Nipson Technology's proven dry toner magneto-graphic printing technology and raised the bar even further.
Thanks to the multiple updates, the implementation of a modified paper cleaning station and a redesigned engine cooling unit, DIGIFlex offers the same impeccable 600 dpi print quality you expect from us, only better.
But that's not all: our fantastic flash xenon fuser keeps the substrate free of stress, ensuring that no changes in dimensions occur during processing, while retaining moisture for better subsequent processing. The abrasion-resistant fusion even on pre-printed surfaces completes the excellent quality level of your prints.
Although it is the smallest of our range, DIGIFlex certainly does not lack productivity !, it prints up to 104 meters (342 feet) per minute. It has a maximum paper width of 20.5 inches and a maximum printable width of 18.45 inches, which translates to more than 600 A4 pages per minute, in 2 UP, simplex and more than 1200 A4 pages per minute in two when set to duplex mode.
The Nipson DIGIFlex comes with Nipson Technology's unique variable speed feature,
automatically adjusting the print speed to synchronize with the data flow and finishing equipment. This helps you avoid unnecessary starts and stops, ensuring a truly profitable continuous production and reducing waste.
With its rugged design, which uses quality parts throughout, it is designed to last. The result: maximum uptime for 24/7 operation and reliable and consistent performance in any production environment.

Mono-component dry toner
Nipson Technology presses all use dry magnetographic toner. Engineered to perfection, this imaging process sets the industry standard for quality and reliability.
Unlike liquid toner, dry toner can be used on virtually any type of substrate, without any pretreatment.
Dry toner technology simply outperforms any other technology, combining superior image quality and process stability. Only dry toner technology can accurately produce minute details such as micro-text and guilloches in security features, serifs and fine lines in certain fonts, and hairlines.
Because our black toner is magnetic, Nipson Technology presses are MICR-capable by default, enabling simultaneous printing of MICR characters and other variable data without the need of additional costs or changes to the printer. And our fluorescent toner further enhances your choice of security features.
What is more, our proprietary mono-component toner not only guarantees cost-effective impeccable quality, it also contributes to a clean and environmentally-friendly operation by ensuring efficient de-inking process for recycled paper production.
