Device List - Filter

You can use filters to show the network devices in groups. Apart from the preset filters (AppleTalk, device type, groups) you can create individual filters. You can filter network devices by their firmware version or name, for example.

Filters consist of one or two filter criteria connected by 'AND' or 'OR'. If a filter is to consist of only one filter criterion, no entries need to be made for the second criterion. A filter criterion consists of
·      a column (type, version, etc.) for filtering and
·      a string that is filtered for.
Some columns require different or additional entries:
·      In the columns 'Version' and 'Page Counter' you must enter a comparison operator, e.g. 'greater' in addition to the character string to be searched for.
·      In the column 'Port Status' you must select printer messages for filtering. Click 'Change' to get a list of printer messages.
